These programmes have been reviewed, due diligence and the performance of the programme reviewed by the team before any strategy is commenced. The trading activities only ever provide exposure to major, liquid asset classes such as currencies, gold, oil, ETFs and indices which can be leveraged through Brokers and Prime Brokers to achieve enhanced performance.

EIO prefers to have a small number of high performing strategies rather than a wider portfolio. It constantly seeks new strategies. EIO also uses leverage to amplify returns where the underlying risk is acceptable to do so.

We work with the investor to first identify and define the objective. This could be a target objective, or an on-going performance level required for a valid reason. Once the target is determined, EIO then advises on the terms of the specific structure, including place of incorporation, the anticipated duration, expected returns, and any collateral that will be required. This is clearly mapped out with the investor ahead of moving to the second phase.

Once the structure is determined, EIO assists with the creation of SPVs, the essential documentation, engagement of financial services firms and other professional services. These services then are extended to appointing and monitoring the respective services provided, such as Custodians, Auditors, Lawyers etc.

EIO also helps the investor to ensure that it has the appropriate governance, reporting and oversight over the structure to track the structure. It also monitors the performance of the use of proceeds of the structure in order to ascertain if there are any early warning signs or potential issues developing. Additionally, EIO also helps the investor with the process of closure which entails providing a quick and seamless experience to the investor from closure requests, amount computations, and facilitating the transfer of funds.
