EIO has advised and developed an innovative suite of structures that invest initially in high quality securities such as cash, US Treasuries, Capital Guaranteed Notes and Investment Grade Fixed Income and then uses leverage to significantly improve the returns upon them. EIO has partnered with appropriate entities to provide multiple times leverage on these portfolios to reinvest into the same asset classes, to generate higher returns. EIO does not handle investor money but rather advises on these strategies run through global financial services groups.

EIO also prefers to build long-term relationships with its investors to ensure we align interests and work towards fair outcomes for all stakeholders.

Demeter Investment Holdings

EIO advises Demeter on its USD 1.5 billion European Medium Term Note Programme that is listed on the Vienna MTF. Not only did EIO arrange for the listing process to be completed but it also identified investors and the use of bond subscriptions.

UHNWI Family Office – Investments

EIO partnered with one of Europe’s largest family offices. The family had a very substantial net worth but the independence from that wealth was hampered by a combination of a complex family structure, illiquid investments and very robust trust and foundation structures. EIO used its investment and liquidity advisory services to generate a steady flow of income that allowed the family to gain independence from the restrictions that had frustrated the family historically.

UHNWI Family Office – Real Estate Portfolio

EIO advised on the creation of a joint venture with one of the wealthiest families in Canada. After a generational change the family wanted to expand on a growth plan in the US and Canada primarily, to compliment, without disturbing, their existing stable core base real estate portfolio. EIO worked with the family to develop structures which allowed for the joint venture to rapidly expand its footprint primarily in the residential segment in both countries and materially increased the pace of rollout.

Growth Funding – Real Estate, Project Finance and Manufacturing Facilities

Advisory services were provided to a number of scenarios whereby EIO was able to arrange funding for illiquid asset classes through the use of its partners liquid investment strategies. By providing either liquidity or straight out profit, various opportunities were able to find funding to ensure that they commenced successfully. Through careful analysis and structuring, liquidity was identified and generated.
